Terms

Last updated October 23, 2026

PassOperator is operated by LKNS Ventures ("we"). By using this site or buying access you agree to these terms. Contact: passoperator.help@gmail.com.

What you buy

A pre-order buys six months of access to the practice materials for one exam (one type and level), starting when access opens: by December 15, 2026 for wastewater treatment and water treatment, and by January 31, 2027 for water distribution and wastewater collection. We will email you when it opens.

Refunds

Email us for a full refund any time before your access opens and for 14 days after it opens. If we can't open access for your exam by its date above, we refund your pre-order automatically.

Study material only

PassOperator is a study aid. It does not guarantee a passing score, and it is not operating guidance for a real plant. Follow your plant's procedures, permits and your state's rules. We are not affiliated with any certification body or state agency.

Calculators

The free calculators are provided as-is for study. Check results against your course materials and your exam's reference sheet.

Your account

Access is for one person. Don't share logins or copy the question bank.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the date of the last change at the top.
